Cut out and fit wing cuffs both LH and RH and painted, Installed pitot tube and hooked up lines to tube and garmin G3X, Installed flap gap seals, Installed aft baggage and clips for baggagfe net, Installed wing cuffs, Setup aircraft foe weight and ballance per the rans maunal section 12 with the door frame longeron level and seats back. TW 55.0 LH351.6 RH356.8 I checked scales with my own body weight and found them to be correct and within .2 of the three. Used the rans manual and kit log to make weight and balance found aircraft to be within limits. Placed baggage and fuel tank plackards in the aircraft. Took aircraft outside and calibrated the Garmin G3x system, Test ran engine and found propeller need to be set to differnt pitch. Checked fuel system for fuel leaks and found the cap leaking on the header tank fixed and resafty wired the cap. Checked over engine and toped off fluids,
