Brief Description: More Horizontal Stabilizer Work
Sunday 8/26 - Temporarily Installed outside ribs and elevator hinge with clecos. Alignment checked perfectly. However, with predrilled skin holes centered on spar the outside ribs do not fit skin snugly. Small gap at front.
Monday - Removed clecos, deburred and primed.
Tuesday - Reinstalled clecos.
Wed thru Sunday - Removed clecos and installed rivets. Both top and bottom have small dimples at rib rivits. Perhaps ribs could have been a little larger. Roger at Zenithair says, "Dimples are good."
