Made some more adjustments to the cowling. This meant taking it off several times to attach more fiber glass to the areas where gaps are visible (marked them in pic 1). it takes about 4 times to get it perfectly fitted, The fiber glass is attached and sanded off when dry. Finally the cowling fits great. We also sealed the joints with Sika to get a perfect air tight seal.
