Well, my wing tanks are finally on the way to me! The first photo shows how they will look in the wing, second shows some on a truck. Looks like they should arrive around 6 Nov, and then the work will resume at fever pitch, since I am going to bring the wings to my air conditioned workspace in the house, they get them back to the hangar for storage. Geneda will have to leave her car outside during that period. My fame lasted longer than 15 minutes! Today marks SEVEN DAYS of my photo in the paper with Air Force One stuff, lthe third photo narrative refllects the popularity of the story with readers. Wow! The title of this post is in reference that I turned 78 years old Monday, got to change the heading of this blog I guess.
