Brief Description: Primed the tail and installed tinnerman washers.
I alodined and primed the entire surface of both the horizontal and vertical stabilizers. There were too many scratched from moving the empennage fairing on and off a zillion times during the fitting. I also countersunk the fairing attach holes to accept tinnerman washers. This gives a clean looks since some of the holes were elongated being on a curved surface. There is a gap on the lower intersection of the up lower fairing that I need to deal with soon.
