Today I installed the brake lines and hoses. I initially installed one of the soft aluminum lines a little short and it interfered with the center floor cover. I remade it and the fit was nice. I even covered the lines with plastic tubing that I liberated from work to eliminate any chance of chaffing. I had to use some hot water to soften the Parker Parflex lines to allow the brass insert to be inserted in the stiff lines. I haven’t finished up securing the lines under the floor cover; I am still giving some thought on what technique to use. I finished the job off with tie wraps in the appropriate places. All in all I am pretty please with the installation. Till next time when I start working on attaching the tail.
