Brief Description: Altimeter, static system, and transponder check.
Had the required Altimeter, static system and transponder test done today by Gerdes Aviation. Brian, the owner of Gerdes indicated that I had a very good test and was glad I used real static ports instead of the pop rivet port that Vans calls out on their design. Another milestone is reached. Time to start wrapping things up and get the final inspection (aka…Condition inspection) done so I can get this plane flying. All smiles today!
