Drilled the C-614 splice plate to the WD-716 frame. I tried to remove the instrument panel but then decided only to remove a couple of instrument to allow access to the splice plate for drilling. Drilled the C-613 splice plates to the WD-725 side rails once I bent them to fit the curvature of the fuselage deck. I drilled the C-704 splice plate and primed it so it will be ready to position it to the F-631 channels a little bit later. All these splice plates must be position in a manner so not to interfere with any existing tooling holes. Since this is a remake of the canopy frame the sequence of steps will vary from the original instructions since there are all ready holes in the Plexiglas.
