I bent, tapped, and installed the rods that connect the bottom of the baffles together. The rod is 1/8 but the 6-32 tapping really requires a .130 rod but this is what the plans call out? The nuts screw on not as tight as I would like but I don’t think they are going anywhere? Fitted the air filter to the air box. The mount plate is in a position that keeps the pipe plug at the bottom of the carbureator from unscrewing.
