Started the engine baffling today. The baffling kit has its own instructions, which are fairly clear. The first step is to cut and make all the stiffeners per the OP40-2 drawing. I assembled all the items for cylinder # 4 and drilled with either a #30 or 40 bit. I also matched drilled the doublers and riveted them to the various parts. There is a ton of deburring to be done. I also cut out the large slot on the CB-705A to allow for the oil cooler. I drilled and formed the ignition wire holes. Made the FF-713 spacer as called out on drawing OP-27A.
