Lots of work on the bottom cowl. Cut the slot which is clearance for the nose gear. I fitted and drilled the hinges, installed the pins that hold the 2 halves together. Use lots of duck tape to aid in hold the beast together while I made marks where additional trimming is needed. The pin that holds the 2 halves together was incredible tight, so I ran a drill through the hinges to see if that would help and it did somewhat. I made sure that there was enough gap all around to allow for painting.
