I installed the tire to the front wheel. That was very difficult because the tires fit was incredible tight. The original bolts were to short to start the nut so I could draw the 2 halves together. I bought some 3-inch bolts to accomplish that task and then I installed the original bolts. You have to be real careful not to pinch the tube between the 2 halves. The directions tell you to inflate to 60 PSI initially a couple of times to seat the tube real well and then inflate to a final pressure of 35 PSI. I started the assembly of the main wheels.
