Today I wired the flap actuator and it actual worked in the proper direction the first time. I amaze myself sometimes. I used knife terminals to make the connections down in the center tunnel pathway. I need to get some .032 safety wire to connect the screw housing to the bolt that runs through the rod end bearing. I already had that hole drilled at work on a mill probably a year ago or so. I cannot imagine drilling that hole with hand tools???. I cleaned up some of the wiring but it still has work to be done. I also made a fuselink for the first time. This link is wired to the main buss and master switch per Z-11 electrical system out of the Aeroelectric Connection.. I have decided that my control stick is too long so in the near future I will trimmed it down. I wish I had thought of this before I installed the grip. Oh well.
