With the help of Lisa I fitted and drilled the rear window today. It looks really cool installed. I drilled the aft skin with a #40 drill every 2 ½ inches as the plans indicate. I decided to open the holes to # 30 to minimize the metal burr when drilling through the Plexi to the skin. I also drilled the roll bar to # 40, which will be opened up to #35 for tapping. When you drill through the Plexi to the roll bar you must be careful not to enlarge the #40 holes in the roll bar. The Plexiglas drill is 1/8 and that would make the roll bars holes to sloppy to tap. So as soon as you break through the Plexiglas you stop and insert a number #40 cleco. Tomorrow I will do some countersinking and finishing the edges a bit smoother.
