I started on the vertical stabilizer today. I have cleco the VS-808PP spar doubler to the VS-803PP rear spar along with the 3 different hinge brackets( VS-410PP, VS-411PP, and VS-412PP). I drilled the VS-410PP as called out in the plans and drawing. I will have to remember to drill the corner holes in the VS-410PP later when the stabilizer gets attached to the fuselage.
