Installed wires in the Ray Allen G205 grip assembly. Checked all the switches for proper function. About 0.5 ohms to ground through the wires and switch.
Drilled and tapped the knob, sleeve and stick for a 4-40 retaining screw. I oriented the grip slightly counterclockwise for a more comfortable finger operation of the switches with the right hand.
Installed the grip on the stick and ran the wires out the base using some wire sleeve for chaffing protection as the stick moves left/right. The stick moves without binding on the wires and there doesn't appear to be any wire stress as the sleeve move in/out of the stick.
Attached appropriate switch labels as supplied with the grip.
