Brief Description: Aileron balance arm and trim servo
Fitted aileron to wing. Measured travel to be sure there was at least 12 deg up and down. There was about +/- 14 degrees before the balance weight arm interfered with the wing skin. Set aileron trim servo push rod length for equal up/down travel of the trim tab. Fit aileron gussets, Zinc chromated all mating surfaces. Aligned the aileron skin with correct amount of "warp" and clecoed it all together in preparation for final riveting.
