Completed step 3, 4 on page 18-3 and step 1 on page 18-4 (except for priming). Started by bending the flanges on the T-406B fuel cap flanges to fit the wing skins. Then I match drilled them to the skins and attached the T-1008 vent clips to the forward most holes on the flanges. Next I clecoed nutplates to all the T-1012 tank attach zees and final drilled them to #40. Then I removed the nutplates and countersunk all the zees for AN426AD3-4 rivets. Then I deburred all the holes on the zees.
