I read a lot of other posts to make sure I don't repeat mistakes or that I can take advantage of other better design ideas. One is that some have mentioned over time, the upper mount where the gear actuators mount can loosen and cause gear problems. Some have fabricated new one-piece brackets that can better take the stress. My idea was to just use existing bracing and strudy it up. There are two bulkhead diagonal tubes that pass over the actuator plates. I drilled and installed two more bolts (see pic). They actually align with the push and pull forces that bear on the acuator plates. I expect this more linear placement and the triangle bolt pattern should take care of this problem.
